As a qualified Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy Practitioner, Supervisor and Trainer, with 20+ years’ experience in health, social care, and personal development, I help you navigate life’s tricky moments, anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, unwanted behaviours; so you can feel more empowered, free, and aligned with your true self.
